HOW TO SUBMIT AN ONLINE REGISTRATION
Step 1: Log in
- Go to the Current Student Login page
- Enter your Unique Student Identifier (USI) and password
Step 2: Status Summary Page
After login, you will see the Status Summary page, which contains:
- Table 1: Personal Details (Name, USI, Admission Year, Programme, Study Year, Quick Links)
- Table 2: Online Registrations (Academic Year, Year Level, Approval Status, Semester Payment Statuses, Details)
- Table 3: Status Summary
- Table 4: Summer Registrations
- Table 5: UG Calendar
Step 3: Registration Form Tabs
The registration form has the following tabs:
- Instructions
- Personal Information (Programme, Study Year, et cetera.)
- Addresses (Mailing and Permanent Addresses, and Emergency Contact)
- Select Your Courses
- Preview & Submit
- Status
- Invoice
- Financial Summary
Kindly take a moment to read the instructions page carefully before moving on to the other tabs.
- NOTE- All Tabs with an asterisk (*) are compulsory.
- After filling all the relevant columns in each tabs, kindly click on ‘Save’ and proceed to the next tab

Please note that you are only required to register for courses in the current study year (one year only), for example, if it is your first year you register for first year courses.
After filling all the relevant tabs and registering for your courses, you will notice the status changes from NREG (Not Registered) to RREG (Registration Requested).
When you are satisfied that you have selected all the courses you will be pursuing, kindly click on ‘Save’ and proceed to the next tab: Preview & Submit.
- On the Preview & Submit tab, kindly review the following:
- Personal Information
- Course Selection
In the course selection section, you are required to Enroll in your course groups.
NOTE: You are to be “FULLY ENROLLED” in a course group for all courses that have the option to enroll.
If you encounter any difficulties enrolling for your course groups kindly contact your Head of Department (HOD) immediately.
After you would have reviewed and enrolled in your course groups, kindly tick the checkbox confirming: “I hereby accept and agree to observe the Statutes and the Rules and Regulations of the University of Guyana.” Thereafter, you click “Submit My Registration”. A green confirmation message will appear: “Registration submitted successfully….” As shown in the screenshot below:
- To view any comments/remarks made on your registration form by your HOD, Assistant Dean, or the AR Admissions, et cetera, please return to the ‘Status’ tab of your registration form. All comments/remarks made will be recorded under the Approval/Progress box.
