Diploma in Valuation

Mature applicants (26 years and over) who do not possess the qualifications but have credible work experience in the field, plus a Pass at the University of Guyana Entrance Examination (UGEE), will be considered for admission.

Bachelor of Science Environmental Studies

Mature applicants (a minimum of 26 years of age) who do not possess these qualifications may be considered for admission provided they have a good general education, creditable work experience in the field and a passing grade at the University of Guyana's Entrance Examination (UGEE). The Faculty will consider each application on its merit.
